Yep!!! That's what I said.......cool whip cookies! Have you ever had these??? If not, you're in for a treat! I made them over the weekend and they don't last long! And they take just THREE ingredients!
Here we go........
1 8 oz. tup of Cool Whip
2 eggs
2 boxes any flavor cake mix you want....I prefer Devil's chocolate!
All you do is roll the dough into balls and roll them in powdered sugar. Place them on a cookie sheet, then press with the bottom of a glass to flatten them. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-14 minutes. I have to warn you....the dough is REALLY funky! Kinda dusty, kinda sticky....I spray my hands with cooking spray so it doesn't stick while you roll the dough. It may seem like it's not working out ....but have faith and keep going. They are YUMMY.YUM.YUM!!!
